玄箱HGのシリアルコンソール起動出力結果2011年01月20日 01時09分07秒

KURO-BOX/HGにもLinkStationLS-HGLと同様にシリアルコンソール接続工作を行いましたので接続結果です。 LinkStationは115200bpsでしたが、KURO-BOX/HGは57600bpsです。

玄箱HG用シリアルコンソール工作2011年01月20日 10時02分55秒

LinkStation LS-HGLに続いて、KURO-BOX/HGについてもシリアルコンソール接続用の工作を施します。

必要なものは以下。

・EHコネクタ4極ベース付ポスト サイド型
・EHコネクタ用コンタクトピン4つ
・EHコネクタ用4極ハウジング
・PHコネクタ4極片側装着済みケーブル(LinkStationで使ったものとは別のケーブルを追加購入)

以下が定番の写真。
J1の4つ穴が開いている部分がシリアルコンソール用のコネクタ取り付け位置。
他の多くの紹介記事ではこの基板面にコネクタを接続していますが、これは組み上げた時に見えない位置なので私はこの裏側にコネクタをハンダ付けします。

上記の裏側は以下。というより組み上げたらこちらが表になる。


ハンダ付け面の状態は以下。くどいが、他の人はこっちにコネクタをつけている。

定番のR76ショート化。プルアップ抵抗用のチップ抵抗も持っているが問題ないのであればショートするだけの簡略化。ハンダ盛りすぎでやり直したいが、実害はないのでそのまま。

ケーブルを取り付けてコンバータ基板と接続したところ。組み上げた状態でコネクタ抜き差しができるところがミソ。


隙間を使ってケーブルを外に出す。

完成。

EHコネクタベースポストの品質2011年01月20日 10時35分10秒

玄箱HGとLS-HGL用にEHコネクタ部品を購入しましたが、入手の際の注意事項を少し。

私が最初に入手したのは日本圧着端子製の10個セットのもの。いわばこちらが純正です。
実は、その後に安い製品も入手していてその製品はベースポスト、ハウジング、コンタクトピンがセットになっていて、50円です。

でもベースポストの作りが悪い。
以下の写真の左側が安い製品です。






純正にはハンダ付けピンから先にも「出っ張り」がついているというか基板接触面でハンダ付けホールを前後に挟んだ形でベースが構成されています。
実はこれは重要で、コネクタ接続時に押し付けた時の荷重を受け止める役目を果たしています。

安い方にはこれがないので、ハンダ付け部分で荷重を支えることになり、繰り返し抜き差ししていると最悪の場合パターン剥離などの事故に繋がります。

迷惑メール大量発生対策2011年01月20日 13時24分42秒

去年の年末から急に携帯電話宛の迷惑メールが増えました。

auの場合、200件までしか拒否リストに登録できないのですが、もうすぐ上限に達しそうな勢いです。 アドレスの変更も考えたのですが、どんどん上位のドメインを拒否する設定に発展させることでとりあえずは対応するつもりです。
